Indian Cooking Class

Today the IWCM Cooking Class resumes and the first appointement is an authentic Indian cooking class.

The host is Neelima from India who gives us this wonderful opportunity to stay together, have fun plus leran new skills.

Working together the following menu will be prepared:
- Chole bhature, a combination of chana masala (spicy white chickpeas) and bhatura, a fried bread made from maida flour (soft wheat)
- Jeera rice
- Chicken masala
- Sujee halwa
- Indian Tea

The cost of the ingredients will be devided amongst the participants.

Cancellation policy: in case of cancelation on the same day, you will need to pay as a participant.
