Today a lovely lunch took place at Foisor where we celebrated an orthodox tradition called Maslenitsa.
We shared various customs and traditions of farewell to Winter and welcome to Spring, and we enjoyed some crepes, called bluny, before starting the great lent.
Thanks to all the attending ladies and especially to Julia and Myriam for their appreciated gift: the Martishor, a Moldovan traditional trinket to celebrate the beginning of Spring.
The next International lunch will take place on Wednesday, March 25th at 11:30. Coming soon more details.
