International Women’s Club of Moldova – IWCM held its October club meeting at the Chisinau Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel The meeting was devoted to summarizing the results of charitable activities in 2022-2023 and discussing club’s activity plans for 2023-2024 More than 40 women from around the world met together to plan a series of charity events in Moldova to support women, children, people with disabilities, refugees and people in need Club’s President Olesia Shevchenko welcomed everyone and thanked the women’s community for their unity, support, active social position and good initiatives. Because every member of the club shares her love and kindness with those who need a better future!
Unique club projects in the fields of culture, education, charity, sports, inclusion have become an example of inspiration for the global community of women and are already decorating the pages of the FAWCO Inspiring Women Magazine – this is our joint work and a significant contribution to the development of society, which is worth being proud of! In addition, #IWCM has begun preparations for one of its largest charitable projects “International Charity Bazaar – 2023”, an annual event that brings together all embassies and international institutions in Moldova, soon to be announced
One of the main beneficiary of the International Charity Bazaar 2023 will be MAD-Aid socially-oriented project for fully refurbishing the New Born Surgery ward at Mother in Child Hospital We also had a guest speaker Ms. Tatiana Croitoru, the oenologist of Fautor Winery, the most-awarded winery in Moldova, who passionately told us about her activity alongside wine-testing The meeting was conducted by Maria Marinutsa, IWCM administrator and IWCM’s Board members Adriana Lungu, Олена Присяжнюк, Julia laur, Lenutsa Ursu.
