On 20th March in Chișinău, Moldova, IMBCO hosted an event centered around the Discovery of Indian Cuisine and a pre-Holi celebration. The first half of the event introduced guests to the diverse culinary traditions found across India. Following this, attendees participated in a hands-on cooking class where they collectively prepared a dish before indulging in the flavorful results.
